This page announces the 3rd Committee Meeting on Cost-Benefit Analysis in Aviation. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will hold the meeting on February 2, 2026, to revise relevant manuals following updates to cost-benefit analysis guidelines and to address societal changes such as increased inbound demand. The meeting will be held in both web and in-person formats at the Joint Government Building No. 3 in Tokyo. Media representatives can attend and photograph during the opening session only. Registration is required by January 30 via email.
