This page announces the 33rd "Islander 2025" festival, organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Over 170 islands from across Japan will participate to showcase their charm. The event will be held on November 22-23, 2025, at Sunshine City in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district, with free admission. Activities include relocation and tourism consultations, island specialty markets, traditional performances on stage, experience corners, job information, and island cuisine. The stage performances will be live-streamed on the official website.
