This page announces the recipients of the 2019 i-Construction Awards by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The awards recognize 25 organizations for innovative initiatives in construction sites to improve productivity. Winners include 4 recipients of the Minister's Award and 21 recipients of Excellence Awards. The awards target construction projects completed in FY2018 by national and local governments, as well as member initiatives of the i-Construction Promotion Consortium. Selection was based on effectiveness, innovation, and ripple effects. An awards ceremony and best practices dissemination are planned.
