This page presents the disposition standards for building surveyors and building equipment inspectors established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Based on the Building Standards Law Article 12-2, these standards define criteria for disciplinary action against improper conduct by surveyors and inspectors to ensure fair and accurate performance of their duties. The standards were enacted on January 24, 2025, and the page provides links to related information including the 2022 Building Energy Conservation Law and Building Standards Law amendments.
