This page announces the results of a public comment recruitment conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism regarding designation standards for specific regions under the Special Measures Act. The recruitment period was from August 8 to September 6, 2009, and 22 opinions were submitted. The ministry compiled a summary of the submitted opinions and its responses, which are published in the attached PDF documents. Opinions with identical content have been aggregated for presentation, and all feedback received will be considered in future policy implementation.
