This page provides information about public comments and open recruitment of opinions by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). Public comment is a procedure where draft regulations and ordinances are published, and public opinions and information are collected and considered in the decision-making process. The page lists ongoing cases seeking opinions and summarizes the ministry's responses to submitted comments. Users can search MLIT's public comment cases through the e-Gov Public Comments website by selecting "MLIT" in the search filters. Historical cases from 2000 onwards are available for reference.
