This page announces the lifting of food shipment restrictions as of March 30, 2022, by the Nuclear Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters. Two items were released: yuzu produced in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, and bamboo shoots from Marumori Town, Miyagi Prefecture (managed under the prefecture's shipment and inspection guidelines). The bamboo shoots undergo screening tests using non-destructive radiation measurement devices, with shipment permitted for those below screening levels. The directive was issued under the Nuclear Disaster Countermeasures Act Article 20, Paragraph 2.
