On March 24, a disposal contractor mistakenly removed and dissolved 185 files containing administrative documents that were temporarily placed in a hallway during office renovation work. All files were completely dissolved, eliminating any risk of external leakage. Of these, 183 files can be restored using electronic data backups, while 2 files cannot be recovered. Twenty files contained personal information, but external leakage has been confirmed as impossible. The ministry commits to preventing recurrence.
