This page presents the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's announcement on radioactive substance test results in food (Report No. 1045). Following the Fukushima nuclear accident, test results from 37 municipalities nationwide showed no exceeded standards. However, emergency monitoring in Fukushima Prefecture detected four cases exceeding safety limits: three wild bear meat samples and one wild deer meat sample, with cesium concentrations ranging from 140 to 340 Bq/kg.
