This page is a press release from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare dated May 18, 2016, announcing the lifting of shipment restrictions on food products under the Nuclear Emergency Response Act. The restrictions on raw shiitake mushrooms (facility-cultivated) from Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and raw shiitake mushrooms (outdoor-cultivated) from Kanuma City, Sakura City, and Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture, have been lifted for products managed according to prefectural management plans. Directives from the Nuclear Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters and related application documents are attached.
