It announces that the Nuclear Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters has issued a shipment restriction on Japanese ostrich fern (zenmai) produced in Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture under Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Nuclear Disaster Countermeasures Special Measures Act. Based on inspection results showing 200 Bq/kg of radioactive material detected on May 8, 2015, the shipment restriction was implemented. The release includes instructions and Fukushima Prefecture's management guidelines, along with a reference list of food shipment and consumption restrictions.
