This page describes the Central Labour Relations Commission's "Orders and Case Examples Database" under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It contains information on orders issued by prefectural and central labour commissions regarding unfair labour practice disputes, as well as related court judgments. The database records approximately 6,400 orders from 1959 to March 2025 and about 2,040 case examples from 1962 onwards, including summary information and recent full-text data.
