About this page
This page provides information about observing hearings at Japan's Central Labour Relations Commission under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Unfair labor practice case hearings are open to the public, allowing observers to watch testimony from parties and witnesses, as well as evidence examination. Applications for hearing observation are accepted by the Commission's Planning and Coordination Division (TEL: 03-5403-2248). Seating is limited. Prohibited activities include recording and photography, bringing flags or placards, wearing headbands or sashes, and inappropriate clothing or conduct that may interfere with fair and efficient proceedings.
