This page announces the Fair Trade Commission's second phase of intensive publicity for the Freelance Law ahead of its implementation on November 1, 2024. During October 1 to November 8, 2024, the commission will conduct internet advertising campaigns on YouTube, Google, and other platforms, hold explanatory sessions and individual consultations for freelancers and commissioning businesses, and continuously share information on social media. By partnering with illustrator BUSON's character "Shikibu-chan," the campaign aims to increase awareness of the Freelance Law and prevent violations.
