The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daio Paper Corporation, compelled subcontractors to use its freight transportation services. From January 2021, it coerced subcontractors by setting usage targets and monitoring achievement through meetings, forcing approximately 70 million yen in services. The recommendation prohibits such conduct and requires internal compliance measures including employee training.
