This page announces that the Japan Fair Trade Commission will host the ICN (International Competition Network) Unilateral Conduct Workshop in Tokyo on March 7-8, 2023. Approximately 340 participants from over 50 countries and regions are expected to attend at Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay. The theme is "Development and Challenges in Current Competition Policy and Law Enforcement in the Unilateral Conduct Field." The workshop will discuss digital market issues, policy developments, and investigative approaches. ICN, established in 2001, is a network comprising 143 competition authorities from 132 countries and regions. Selected sessions will be broadcast on YouTube.
