This page announces the Fair Trade Commission's re-decision on January 27, 2021, regarding Sanyo Marunaka Co., Ltd., a retailer of food and daily necessities. The company had received a cease-and-desist order and surcharge payment order in June 2011 for abuse of superior bargaining position. Following a court judgment in December 2020 that partially overturned the initial decision from February 2019, the Fair Trade Commission decided to cancel both orders entirely on January 27, 2021.
