This page announces a surcharge payment order issued by the Japan Fair Trade Commission to Minami Airport Service Co., Ltd. on February 19, 2021. The company violated Article 3 of the Antimonopoly Act by preventing its customers from purchasing aviation fuel from SGC Saga Aviation, thereby eliminating a competitor's business activities at Yao Airport. The company was ordered to pay 6.12 million yen by September 21, 2021. This is the first case imposing a surcharge for exclusionary private monopoly violations following the 2009 antimonopoly law amendment.
