This page announces the policy evaluation results for fiscal year 2021 by the Fair Trade Commission of Japan. Based on the Administrative Policy Evaluation Law, the Commission compiled evaluation reports for three policy initiatives: promoting and raising awareness of the Antimonopoly Law Guidelines; grasping actual conditions and proposing improvements in transaction practices; and advancing cooperation with overseas competition authorities. External experts on the policy evaluation committee provided input reflected in the evaluations. Monitoring results from fiscal year 2020 performance are also reported. Comments on the evaluation results are accepted via email or mail until September 30.
