This page describes the Financial Economics Study Meeting held by the Financial Research Center of the Financial Services Agency (FSA). The meeting aims to explore new perspectives needed in both financial administration and academia, exchange information on latest research and policy trends, and build networks between researchers and administrative officials. In fiscal year 2025, sessions are conducted online and in hybrid format. Expert speakers from universities and international organizations, including IMF economists and Harvard professors, present cutting-edge research on topics such as bank examination history, corporate finance, foreign exchange markets, financial settlement systems, and credit risk management.
