The control room initially misunderstood that the door hadn't actually opened and considered it a false warning. After the emergency stop, operations resumed with the door locked. That evening, security camera footage confirmed the door had opened. The report to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism was delayed until the next day. The ministry designated it a serious incident, and an investigation began.
