The suspect allegedly imported the ketamine hidden in a box via international courier service for profit in July 2025. Based on a notification from Osaka Customs, police investigation identified his involvement and determined he was the mastermind behind the smuggling operation. The suspect has already been charged with the same offense. Ketamine is a drug that causes hallucinations and other symptoms when abused.
