This page reports that a 34-year-old male teacher and 24-year-old female teacher at a Kobe municipal elementary school engaged in sexual acts repeatedly over a dozen times on school premises between August last year and early March. The Kobe Board of Education imposed a six-month suspension on both teachers. The incident was discovered when a vice principal saw them emerging from a storage room. The principal was also reprimanded for failing to provide proper supervision.
