This page reports that Keiki Nakayama, a lawyer with the Aichi Bar Association, was indicted in absentia for obstruction of evidence destruction by the Nagoya District Public Prosecutors Office. During a jail visit, Nakayama photographed notes containing requests for evidence falsification and sent them to the defendant's relative. The scheme allegedly aimed to fabricate false drug incident evidence. Aichi Prefecture Police had referred the case for prosecution in February.
