This page reports on the discovery of a schoolbag belonging to 11-year-old Yuki Adachi, a fifth-grade student from Sonobe Elementary School in Nantan, Kyoto, who has been missing for a week. The backpack was found on March 29 by a family member in mountainous terrain approximately 3 kilometers northwest of the school. However, it was not found during searches conducted by local fire department volunteers on March 24, 25, and 28. Police conducted intensive searches around the discovery site but found no significant clues.
