This page reports the arrest of Dr. Jun Izawa (55), a physician at a psychosomatic clinic in Shinjuku, Tokyo, on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse. On August 8 of the previous year, he allegedly lured a female patient back to the clinic after her first appointment by claiming additional treatment was needed, then sexually assaulted her. The woman immediately consulted with police that same day and stated she has lost trust in people since the assault.
