On April 5th afternoon, the woman warned the man about his behavior, and was bitten on her right arm. After arrest, while being transported on a stretcher to a police car, the man suddenly became unresponsive with a darkened complexion. He was rushed to a hospital by ambulance but died about 90 minutes later. Police claim they did not forcibly restrain him and deny any misconduct. An autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death.
