This page reports on a case in Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture, where an Iranian national (41) died after being found collapsed on hospital grounds. The man was discovered near the entrance of Toyokawa Municipal Hospital on April 3rd. Investigations revealed that a vehicle seen near the hospital bore similar characteristics to one spotted at a Shinsiro parking area on the Tomei Expressway about two hours earlier. At the parking area, the man was witnessed being struck with a club-like object and forced into a black sedan. Police believe both sightings involve the same vehicle and are pursuing those involved.
