This page announces the enhancement of the "National Vacant House and Land Bank" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. A search function for state-owned properties has been added to the platform that allows easy searching of nationwide vacant houses and land information. As of September 2019, 662 municipalities participate with approximately 9,900 listed properties and over 3,000 successful transactions. A public real estate search page was previously added. Two operators, LIFULL and Athome, now provide comprehensive listings of state-owned properties, promoting better matching between buyers and available assets.
