This page presents the 1069th report on radioactive materials in food, released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on January 30, 2018. Following the Fukushima nuclear accident, multiple municipalities conducted inspections on food products. The results show 3 cases exceeding safety standards from municipal inspections and 12 cases from emergency monitoring and Fukushima Prefecture inspections. All exceeded cases involve wild animals such as wild boar and mallard, with cesium levels surpassing the standard limits.
