This page describes the Labour Commission established under the Labour Union Act to protect workers' right to organize and ensure fair adjustment of labor relations. There are two types: the Central Labour Commission (national) and prefectural labour commissions. Each is organized equally by public interest representatives, worker representatives, and employer representatives.
