This page is a press release from the Japan Fair Trade Commission announcing a COVID-19 infection among staff on March 31, 2022. One employee from the General Secretariat contracted the virus. The employee developed fever symptoms on March 29 and tested positive via PCR on March 30. Their last day at work was March 29, and they have not returned since. The infected person is a woman in her 40s working in the Economic Transaction Bureau.
