This page describes the practical training system for those who have passed the real estate appraiser examination. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism implements practical training through registered institutions to develop necessary skills and advanced professional competencies for real estate appraisers. The training period is one or two years, consisting of three components: lectures, basic exercises, and field training. Upon passing the completion examination, candidates receive notification by March 31st after ministerial confirmation and can register as real estate appraisers. Currently, only the Japan Real Estate Appraiser Association Federation is registered.
