This page describes the billing system and implementation details for Cyber Port, a digital platform in port infrastructure. As of October 1, amendments to port laws establish that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will manage Cyber Port, defining information scope, usage notifications, and pricing. Users who applied before September 30 need not reapply. The service is free through fiscal year 2024, then costs 9,000 yen monthly per organization or individual operator from fiscal year 2025 onwards.
