This page describes the International Transport Forum (ITF), an organization under the OECD established in 2006. With 69 member countries, ITF is the only international organization handling all transport modes—land, sea, and air. The annual ITF Summit held in Germany each May brings together transport ministers and experts for high-level discussions. The Transport Research Committee conducts research on transport demand and CO2 emissions forecasts until 2050, sustainable mobility transition policies, and publishes the "ITF Transport Outlook" every two years. ITF also regularly issues policy recommendations addressing challenges such as decarbonization and MaaS promotion in the transport sector.
