This page presents the 963rd report on radioactive material inspection results in food, released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on January 12, 2016, following the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident. Test results from 33 municipalities were compiled, with only one instance of exceeding the standard: venison from Iwate Prefecture (Cesium: 120 Bq/kg). Emergency monitoring and Fukushima Prefecture's tests showed no exceedances. Detailed results are available in PDF files. Samples with radioactive cesium below the detection limit are marked as ND (not detected).
