This document presents the consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 for HAKUHODO DY Holdings Inc. Although the sales decreased by 3.0% compared to the same period last year, there was a 1.5% increase in the third quarter. The gross profit increased by 0.8% year-on-year, and operating profit saw a significant rise of 26.3%. Despite accounting for special losses, the quarterly net profit attributable to the parent company increased significantly to 10.3 billion yen compared to the previous year. The earnings forecast remains unchanged, with total sales projected at 1,650,000 million yen.
