This page presents statistics on the Construction Cost Deflator provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). The deflator was revised to a 2015 base year standard from April 2021. Monthly and annual statistical tables are available in Excel format, with data published through January 2026. The data is released at the end of each month, covering the data from two months prior. Historical published materials are available through e-Stat, the government's comprehensive statistics portal.
