This page announces a report session on the results of demonstration projects that solve regional issues in real estate using pedestrian flow data. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the distribution and utilization of pedestrian flow data in administration, particularly focusing on real estate development. Three nationwide demonstration projects have been conducted. The session will be held on February 29, 2024, in Tokyo with presentations from Saitama, Higashiyamato, and Tottori cities, expert commentary, and discussions on data utilization methods. Participation is free and available both in-person and online.
