This page reports on the solicitation of public opinions regarding draft ministerial ordinances for amending essential standards for radio stations, excluding basic broadcast stations, specifically for High-Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS). The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) received nine opinions during the consultation period from December 12, 2025, to January 15, 2026. Following consultation with the Radio Regulatory Council, the MIC received approval to amend both the ministerial ordinance and the frequency allocation plan accordingly. The MIC will promptly implement these regulatory amendments.
