Data Processing Addendum \ Anthropic

This page provides the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) relevant to the services offered by Anthropic, effective February 24, 2025. The DPA is part of the Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service and governs the processing of Customer Data. It includes definitions of terms such as 'Applicable Data Protection Laws', 'Customer Personal Data', and 'Data Subject Request'. Anthropic retains the right to amend the DPA with reasonable notice to the Customer, especially in response to changes in data protection laws. In case of any conflict between the DPA and the Agreement, the terms of the DPA will take precedence.
